Our Specialized Placement Training Program
Job Description Specific Technical Training: We provide focused, requisite training mapped to various Job Descriptions (JDs) across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Analytics and HR. This ensures students possess the precise knowledge and skills sought by top recruiters.
Live Corporate Interaction: Students receive direct mentorship and training from live corporate professionals. These experts offer real-world insights, case studies, and the latest industry trends, making the learning highly relevant and practical.
Intensive GD & Aptitude
Training :
We conduct multiple Group Discussion (GD) sessions and rigorous Aptitude Training to sharpen critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills—essential components of any selection process.
Mock Personal Interview (PI) Sessions: Preparation is solidified through personalized Mock Personal Interview (PI) sessions conducted by seasoned trainers. These sessions simulate high-pressure interview environments, building confidence and polish.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
A cornerstone of our process is the commitment to student growth. Proper feedback sessions and improvement checks are mandatory after every major training module, GD, and Mock PI. Sinhgad Technical Education Society's MBA/ PGDM Placements
All placement activities under Sinhgad Institutes are done centrally. At the centralised training & placement cell, we always make dedicated efforts to satisfy the students’ aspirations regarding their future career goals. It is observed that some students are planning to do their higher education either in India or abroad, to help and assist them, we organize seminar, webinars and guest sessions for them. Some students are thinking to start their own business, our entrepreneurship cell helps and guides them. The majority of the students plan for a career in the best corporations, hence we focus on the overall personality development of the students.

• Declaration of selected candidates as per the company policy.
• The company sends Offer Letters to the Central Placement Cell or
to the selected students as per individual company policy.
